Sony adds BBC Sport app to selected Bravia TVs

Sports fans who own one of this year’s Sony TVs will be chuffed to learn that the Japanese brand has just added the BBC Sport app to its online services.

Also available on Panasonic’s Viera Connect TVs, the BBC Sport App has been designed specifically for the big screen, and is intended to deliver either multiple, user-selectable camera angles or multiple viewing streams during big events containing simultaneous matches or activities.

The BBC Sport app joins the BBC News and BBC iPlayer apps on Sony’s EX553, EX653, HX753 and HX853 TVs.
